Ordering Method: All orders go through our web site
Miva Merchant ordering system.
Please place your order on our
web site. If you are new to online
ordering, please see our How To Order page.
Payment Terms: All orders are prepaid.
Payment Methods:
Credit Card:

Our web site is secure however in the event you prefer not to
enter your credit card information online, you may submit it to us offline. The
order must still be completed online, select payment option 3, enter zeros for card
name and number and select any expiry date to complete the order. You may submit
your payment information 24 hours a day by secure voicemail or fax. Please note
payment information must be submitted at time of ordering, we will not contact you
to obtain it.
- 4. Onfile Credit Card
We will keep client's credit card info on file for future
orders if requested to. If you would like to speed future ordering simply
select payment option 4 and enter your credit card info. Once your payment info is
on file with us, when ordering in future select payment option 4, enter zeros for the card name and number
and select any expiry date to complete the order. We will use the payment info
we have on file for you to process your order.
Payment is processed manually, offline, after the order has been packed and weighed
and the invoice generated including S&H and any
applicable taxes, on the day the order is shipped out. If credit card
payment is declined, we will hold the order until payment is approved.
Declined orders that are not approved within two weeks may be subject to
additional processing fees due to the extra work they create. By placing
an order with us you authorize us to charge the total amount of the invoice
of your order to the credit card provided and agree to pay your credit card
issuer according to your card issuer agreement.
All credit card paid orders will be shipped ASAP.
Non Credit Card:

Email Money Transfer
Orders can be paid for from your online banking by this method and
will be processed once deposit transaction is completed.
- 6. Bank Deposit TD Canada Trust
Orders can be paid by deposit to our account at TD
Canada Trust. Orders will be processed once deposit is confirmed.
- 7. Canada Post Money Order
Orders can be paid by Canada Post money order.
Orders will be processed once
payment is received.
- 8. Wire Transfer
As our bank will no longer accept US money orders, we will
accept payment by wire transfer to our bank account. Wire transfers are subject to a $10 fee
charged to us by our bank.
Order totals for all non credit card payment methods will be
quoted including estimated shipping cost. You will be contacted by email with
a total and instructions on how to pay. For a faster total please email us after you complete
the order. The payment screen
for all the non credit card payment types appears the same as the credit card payment screen,
simply enter a zero for the card number and choose any expiry date to complete the order.
Minimums: Our minimum order is $100. Sorry, we cannot
accept orders that do not meet our minimum order requirement.
Samples: If you require samples,
please email us. If you are an existing client,
we'll just need to know what items. If you are a new client please also
provide your postal mailing address and phone number.
Prices: Product pricing in our Miva Merchant
ordering system is current and what you will be charged on the invoice. In the
event an item ordered is not in stock and new cost is higher than current, we
will contact you to advise before processing the order.
Currency: All our prices and invoices
are in Canadian Dollars. A
currency converter link is provided on our web site for our US clients.
US clients will be billed on their credit card statements in US dollars, the
credit card company does the conversion at the current exchange rate.
Sales Area: We sell and ship to all points in Canada and the United
States, including PO Boxes. We do not export outside North America at this time.
Shipping & Handling: We ship twice a week by Canada Post to all points,
including PO Boxes, in Canada and the USA, FOB our warehouse. For clients in Canada, Greyhound Courier Express
is also an option.
- All orders are shipped out; sorry, there are no pick ups.
- We offer free delivery to clients in the Shuswap (Chase - Revelstoke - Salmon Arm).
- All Post shipped orders are shipped freight prepaid and shipping is charged on the invoice. $5 handling
also applies to help cover the additional shipping costs including fuel surcharges, that are not included
in the shipping cost quoted by the software at the time of shipping.
- We use Canada Post's Electronic Shipping Tools (EST). When your order ships out you will be sent a Shipment Notification
email from Canada Post with details of your shipment. This email also contains your item number and a link
if you wish to obtain the status of your shipment (tracking). If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.
- Website subtotal invoice and automatic email confirmation of order does not include shipping & handling.
Shipping costs will be added to the invoice when the order is shipped.
- Shipping by Greyhound is freight collect only, and no handling fee applies.
- We ship twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. Order deadline is 10 am the day before.
- We are not responsible for damage or delays in delivery time once shipment leaves our warehouse.

Tax: There are no taxes included in our pricing. All Canadian orders will be
charged GST except for on-reserve shipments when a DIA number is provided or on file with us.
British Columbia clients who do not provide a BC PST exempt number, or certificate of exemption or
have it on file with us, will also be charged PST.
There is no tax on any US orders.
Returns: Due to the nature of the
products we sell, there are no exchanges or returns. This is part of our
quality control program.
Damage: If your order is obviously damaged during shipping
do not accept delivery. If you have accepted delivery or it was left, please notify us immediately.
Please retain all boxes, containers and packing materials for inspection. All orders are shipped fully insured.
Backorders: We do not automatically backorder. If an
item ordered is out of stock, you will not be charged for it and
will have to reorder. Partial quantities will be shipped, but you will only
be charged for what is shipped. We stock all the products we carry, and the rare times
a product is out of stock we deal with on an order by order basis. If something will
be arriving shortly we'll contact you to see if you want to wait, have the item shipped
separately or cancelled. We will notify you if there will be any
unusual delays in shipping your order.
